Arsenal publishes ballot success rates by membership tier (Silver and Red) plus Ticket Exchange volumes for each home game as a transparency measure. From 2026/27 the separate Family Enclosure ballot is removed, so Family Enclosure (F/Enc) is no longer reported as its own tier.
