Chelsea ticket alerts
Football Ticket Pro watches every official Chelsea ticket release and sends a push alert the moment one goes live. The 26 points below are how Chelsea actually release tickets, each taken from the club's own pages and last checked on the date shown. Most recently verified 13 June 2026.
How Chelsea release tickets
The routes a Chelsea home ticket actually comes through — and every one is a release we send an alert for.
Chelsea announced a sweeping 2026/27 ticketing overhaul (around May 2026) that bundles together online ID verification, an application-and-ballot home sale, attendance-based loyalty points, a season-ticket minimum-usage rule and tighter away-ticket transfers.

Chelsea General Sale to non-members is rare (perhaps once or twice a season, usually midweek games), and even then getting seats together is hard — so it shouldn't be relied on.

Chelsea home domestic cup tickets go first to season-ticket holders (their own seat), then members (one each), then extra tickets, and only reach non-members if still unsold — so cup and midweek games are the easiest to get.

From 2026/27 Chelsea sells home matches by an application window per match (members submit any time in the window with no first-come advantage), then an automated third-party ballot allocates tickets; select high-demand fixtures require a minimum loyalty-points total to enter.

From the 2026/27 season Chelsea has scrapped the 10am Virtual Waiting Room queue for home tickets, replacing it with an application window that members can enter at any time before it closes, so logging in early no longer matters.

Chelsea ballots
Where Chelsea use a ballot, we alert you when it opens and when it closes.
Chelsea introduced an opt-in Automatic Cup Scheme for 2026/27: season-ticket holders register their card at the start of the season to secure their own seat for all home cup fixtures, with the card charged automatically per match.

For 2026/27 Chelsea home tickets are sold by a per-match application window followed by an automated third-party ballot drawn at random — so when you apply within the window no longer affects your chances, replacing the old timed online queue and reducing bots and touts.

Membership and loyalty
What a membership does and doesn't unlock — the alert only helps if you're eligible to buy.
Chelsea no longer offers a single membership; for 2025/26 it overhauled membership into multiple tiers: True Blue (top tier, earliest priority access for all men's matches, season-ticket waitlist place, ticket exchange, hospitality and bar discounts, online programme), CFC Blue (ticket exchange, digital membership card, megastore eVoucher, stadium-tour discount, Priority 2 access), Junior Blue (under-16s, gift pack, waitlist place, digital programme) and Ticket Forwarding (no priority buying; lets ad-hoc fans legitimately receive forwarded digital tickets).

Each Chelsea membership entitles one ticket per match; from 2026/27 home tickets are bought via a per-match application and allocated by ballot, and supporters complete one-time ID verification before buying.

Chelsea CFC Blue (£45) only gets access to the second ticket allocation, while True Blue (£60), True Blue+ (£80) and Junior Blue (£35) all get access to the first ticket allocation. That allocation order, not price alone, is the practical difference between the tiers.

Chelsea CFC Blue members get some tickets ringfenced for a CFC Blue application window and access to the ticket exchange, a lower tier of access than True Blue.

Chelsea introduced a True Blue+ membership tier for 2026/27, carrying all the benefits of the existing True Blue tier plus CFC+, the club's men's team video content subscription, along with exclusive live virtual events and enhanced retail discounts.

Chelsea Junior Blue costs £35, is restricted to under-16s, and carries first ticket allocation, Ticket Exchange access, season ticket waitlist and CFC+ access. (35 £)

Ticket Exchange and returns
Returned seats reappear without warning. This is where speed matters most.
Chelsea Ticket Exchange purchases are final and non-refundable, earn no Loyalty Points, and the buyer's concession status must match the listing (Seniors buy Senior tickets, Juniors buy Junior); a ticket stays valid if the match is rescheduled.

For 2026/27 Chelsea launched an official away-ticket exchange for supporters who can't attend, alongside a cap of six away-ticket transfers per season to ID-verified members.

Only Chelsea season-ticket holders can list on the Ticket Exchange and only members can buy; the seller is reimbursed within seven working days of the match, and buyers get a 10-minute checkout once they click a (blue-highlighted) seat.

The Chelsea Ticket Exchange lets season-ticket holders resell home-match seats to members at face value, and from 2026/27 True Blue and CFC Blue members can also list tickets, with listings open until three hours before kick-off rather than 3pm the day before.

Away tickets
How the away allocation is distributed, so you know whether an alert is one you can act on.
Chelsea away tickets bought through an official supporters' group using a season-ticket or member account are non-transferable and can only be used by the named supporter.

Chelsea Premier League away tickets go on sale to season-ticket holders before members, with the allocation split 70% to season-ticket holders and 30% to members, sold on a loyalty-points basis, one ticket per person.

For Chelsea away fixtures from 2026/27, applications close roughly four to six weeks before the match and a ballot is then drawn, with one application allowed per season ticket (up to a maximum of four for holders of multiple seats).

High-demand Chelsea away games (and the biggest home games, cup finals and FA Cup semis) are sold strictly on a Loyalty-Point basis, so a Premier League away ticket is effectively out of reach without a season ticket.

Hospitality
Official hospitality is a legitimate route when the general sale is gone.
Chelsea sells official Matchday hospitality packages directly and authorises over a dozen third-party companies to sell packages (meals, tours, hotel breaks); the club also publishes a list of unauthorised sellers to avoid.

Prices
What the club charges, so an alert can be judged before you open it.
Chelsea froze general-admission season-ticket and match-by-match prices for 2026/27 at 2025/26 rates, with General Sale tickets priced £5 above the equivalent members' price; men's season-ticket renewals ran 10–26 June 2026.

Chelsea does not publish membership tier prices in its 2026/27 membership announcement; prices are only shown at the point of purchase in the membership shop.

Chelsea's 2026/27 membership prices are: Ticket Forwarding £15, Junior Blue £35, CFC Blue £45, True Blue £60 and True Blue+ £80.

The cheapest Chelsea membership that gives access to buy match tickets is CFC Blue at £45. The £15 Ticket Forwarding tier only allows a supporter to receive tickets forwarded by someone else, not to buy their own. (45 £)

Questions Chelsea fans ask
How do I get alerts for Chelsea tickets?
Subscribe to Football Ticket Pro, pick Chelsea in the app, and keep push notifications on. When the club opens a sale, a ballot, or the Ticket Exchange, an alert arrives on your phone with a link to the club's official ticket page. You buy from Chelsea, at the club's price — we never sell tickets.
What Chelsea releases does Football Ticket Pro watch?
Everything official: How Chelsea release tickets; Chelsea ballots; Membership and loyalty; Ticket Exchange and returns; Away tickets; Hospitality; Prices. If Chelsea put tickets on sale through a route we don't list here, tell us and we'll add it.
Does an alert guarantee me a Chelsea ticket?
No. Demand for Chelsea tickets outstrips supply, and many releases need a membership or ballot entry first — the points above say which. An alert gets you there first; it can't create a seat.
