Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between a ballot and a general sale?
A ballot is a random draw: you apply within a window and find out afterwards whether you've won the right to buy. A general sale is first-come-first-served — tickets go live at a set time and it's a race. Big fixtures are almost always ballots; lower-demand games are more likely to be a straight sale.
How do I get notified the moment tickets go on sale?
Sign up for Football Ticket Pro alerts. We monitor official club channels and push a notification the moment a ballot opens or a sale goes live, so you're applying or buying before most fans have even seen the announcement.
