1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Football Ticket Pro Limited ("Football Ticket Pro", "FTP", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15313990, with its registered office at 47 Lawson Street, Manchester, England, M9 8DD, collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our website and the FTP Alerts service (the "Service").
For the purposes of UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, Football Ticket Pro is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. If you have any questions, you can reach us at info@footballticketpro.com.
2. The data we collect
We collect the following types of personal data:
- Account and contact details: your name, email address and, where you provide one, your mobile number.
- Subscription and payment data: your subscription plan, billing history and the payment records our payment processor shares with us. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Preferences: the clubs and alert types you choose to follow.
- Usage data: how you interact with the Service, such as pages visited, alerts opened and links clicked.
- Technical data: your IP address, device type, browser and similar information collected automatically, including through cookies.
3. How we use your data, and our lawful bases
We use your personal data to:
- provide FTP Alerts and send you the alerts you have signed up for (to perform our contract with you);
- take payment and manage your subscription and renewals (to perform our contract, and to comply with legal obligations such as tax and accounting);
- respond to your enquiries and provide support (in our legitimate interests, and to perform our contract);
- improve, secure and maintain the Service, and understand how it is used (in our legitimate interests);
- send you service messages about your account, and, where you have agreed or where the law allows, marketing messages (based on your consent or our legitimate interests); and
- comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Where we rely on consent (for example, for certain marketing), you can withdraw it at any time.
4. Alerts and messaging
FTP Alerts are delivered as push notifications through the Football Ticket Pro mobile app. You sign up and pay on our website, then download the app and sign in to receive alerts. To send push notifications we process a device token supplied by your device's operating system, and delivery is subject to the terms and privacy practices of the relevant app store and notification provider, which we do not control. You can stop receiving alerts at any time by cancelling your subscription or contacting us.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Your card details are collected and handled directly by Stripe under its own privacy policy. We receive only the information we need to manage your subscription, such as confirmation of payment and the last few digits of your card.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the website, remember your preferences and understand how the Service is used. Some cookies are essential; others are optional and used only where you allow them. You can manage non-essential cookies through our cookie settings and your browser.
7. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- service providers who help us run the Service (for example hosting, payment processing, messaging, email delivery and analytics) and who act on our instructions under appropriate contracts;
- professional advisers and authorities where we are required to by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims; and
- a successor if our business is reorganised, sold or transferred, in which case your data may be shared with the new owner under this policy.
8. International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we take steps to make sure your data is protected to a standard consistent with UK data protection law, for example by relying on adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
9. How long we keep your data
We keep your personal data for as long as you have an account or subscription with us, and afterwards only for as long as we need it, for example to meet legal, accounting or reporting obligations, or to resolve disputes. When we no longer need it, we securely delete or anonymise it.
10. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- ask us to delete your data in certain circumstances;
- object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing;
- ask us to transfer your data to another provider (data portability); and

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@footballticketpro.com. We will respond within the time limits set by law.
11. How we protect your data
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No online service can be completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to respond promptly to any security incident.
12. Children
The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy

You also have the right to complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk, although we would appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.
