1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Football Ticket Pro website and the FTP Alerts service (together, the "Service"), operated by Football Ticket Pro Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15313990, with its registered office at 47 Lawson Street, Manchester, England, M9 8DD ("Football Ticket Pro", "FTP", "we", "us" or "our").
By using the Service, creating an account or subscribing to FTP Alerts, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What Football Ticket Pro is (and is not)
Football Ticket Pro is an independent information and alerts service for football supporters. We monitor the official ticketing channels of the clubs we cover and let you know when tickets go on sale.
We do not sell, resell, broker or supply tickets. We are not a ticket marketplace, agent or reseller. When tickets become available, you buy them directly from the club or its official ticketing partner, at the price the club sets. We are not responsible for the availability, price, allocation, cancellation or terms of any ticket, and we take no commission on any purchase you make.
We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any football club, the Premier League, or any official ticketing provider, unless we expressly state otherwise.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to create an account or subscribe. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
4. Your account
To use certain features you may need to create an account and provide details such as your name, email address and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure, and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please tell us straight away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
5. FTP Alerts subscription, pricing and payment
Our blog, club guides and glossary are free to use. FTP Alerts is our paid subscription product.
- FTP Alerts costs £3.99 per month, or £34.99 per year, in each case including any applicable VAT.
- Payment is taken in advance through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card details ourselves.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Each renewal is charged to your chosen payment method at the price then in force.
- We may change our prices from time to time. If we do, we will give you reasonable notice before the change takes effect, and the new price will apply from your next renewal.
6. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel your FTP Alerts subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us at info@footballticketpro.com. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will keep access until then.
Where you have a statutory right to cancel a distance contract (a "cooling-off" period), you may do so within 14 days of subscribing. Because FTP Alerts is a digital service that begins as soon as you subscribe, by subscribing you ask us to start the service immediately and acknowledge that you may lose this cancellation right once the service has been fully provided. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Acceptable use
When using the Service you agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- resell, redistribute or commercially exploit our alerts, content or data without our written permission;
- scrape, copy or systematically extract content from the Service using automated means;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure; or
- misrepresent your identity or your relationship with any club or third party.
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms us, other users or third parties.
8. Alerts: no guarantee
We work hard to send accurate, timely alerts, but we cannot and do not guarantee that:
- tickets will be available, or that you will be able to buy them;
- every sale, ballot or release will be detected or notified; or
- alerts will always be delivered instantly, without delay or interruption.
Demand for many fixtures far exceeds supply. An alert tells you when tickets go live; it does not reserve, hold or guarantee a ticket for you. You are responsible for completing any purchase directly with the club.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Service, including text, guides, graphics, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Football Ticket Pro and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use it for your own personal, non-commercial use only. Club names, badges and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only.
10. Third-party links
The Service may link to club websites, official ticketing partners and other third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or their terms and privacy practices. Following any link is at your own risk.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations that are not expressly set out in these Terms.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that:
- we are not liable for any loss you suffer because a ticket was unavailable, sold out, mispriced or cancelled, or because you were unable to complete a purchase;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of opportunity; and
- our total liability to you for any claim connected with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for FTP Alerts in the 12 months before the claim arose.
12. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may update, change or withdraw parts of the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access to the Service or your account if you breach these Terms, or where we reasonably need to for legal, security or operational reasons.
14. Governing law
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
