Liverpool's Auto Cup Scheme lets season-ticket holders and All Red members opt in to auto-secure home cup tickets (European, FA Cup, EFL Cup); once enrolled seats are automatically allocated and an automated payment is taken, but if payment fails the seat is released, so a ticket is not absolutely guaranteed.

Membership and loyalty
What a membership does and doesn't unlock — the alert only helps if you're eligible to buy.
For Liverpool cup home games (European, FA Cup and League Cup) a credit is earned by buying a match ticket in any club sale, but not by receiving a ticket via Ticket Forwarding or as a Seasonal Hospitality member. The credit balance determines eligibility to enrol in the Auto-Cup Scheme and to buy in match-by-match sales after the draw.

For 2026/27, Liverpool supporters with a credit balance of 13 or more match credits get guaranteed access to all 19 Premier League home games.

Liverpool supporters holding 4 to 12 match credits are eligible to register for all 19 Premier League home games for 2026/27, but registration is not a guarantee of a ticket.

Liverpool supporters with less than 4 match credits can register for most Premier League home games in 2026/27, but are excluded from Arsenal, Chelsea, Everton, Manchester City, Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur and the final home game of the season. Those fixtures may become available through Additional Members Sales closer to the game.

Ticket Exchange and returns
Returned seats reappear without warning. This is where speed matters most.
If you buy a Liverpool ticket and then forward it, you are not eligible to buy another ticket for that game.

On the Liverpool Ticket Exchange, season-ticket holders and members can resell a seat at 100% face value; only eligible All Red members can buy, and it stays open until one hour before kick-off.

Liverpool away tickets are sold by an away credit balance: supporters with the most away credits get priority to buy first, descending through credit bands, with additional first-come-first-served sales before each match (max ten per transaction). From 2026/27 the balance is multi-year: cup aways count the previous three seasons, but Premier League aways count 2025/26 credits only in 2026/27 and reach three seasons in 2028/29.
