Official ways to buy Premier League tickets, club by club (2026/27)

Where to buy Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Man City, Man Utd and Spurs tickets safely in 2026/27: memberships, official resale and how to spot a tout.

Publicado 26 de octubre de 2026 • Actualizado 26 de octubre de 2026

The safe answer is short. Buy from the club, from the club's own resale or Ticket Exchange, or from a seller the club lists as authorised. The Premier League puts it the same way: "You can purchase tickets safely from official Club websites or the ticket office, in person or over the phone."

Below is what that means at each of the six clubs we cover, checked against each club's own pages for 2026/27.

Arsenal

Home tickets come through membership ballots: Silver members first, then Red. Arsenal's home tickets page is clear that membership does not guarantee a ticket. If you miss out, the Ticket Exchange opens to unsuccessful ballot entrants, and "Silver and Red Members can buy and sell full-priced tickets." The only official way in without a membership is hospitality, through the club or its authorised hospitality agents.

Chelsea

Chelsea sells general admission tickets for men's Premier League games to members only, through application windows and a random draw. The Ticket Exchange lets members without a ticket buy one at face value, priced at what the same seat costs on the club's site. For hospitality, the club lists its official sellers.

Liverpool

To buy for most men's matches you need a season ticket or a 2026/27 All Red membership. Members with 13 or more Premier League home credits are guaranteed a ticket in the All Red sales; everyone else is balloted. Seats returned through the Ticket Exchange are resold at face value to registered members in the Additional Members Sales before each game.

Manchester City

City says you must be an Official Member to buy tickets for men's home matches in 2026/27, though "a limited number of matches may go on General Sale throughout the season." Season ticket holders list seats they can't use on the Ticket Exchange, and City releases more tickets several weeks before each match, including those Exchange seats. City names its authorised sellers: SportsBreaks, Circuit Hospitality, Champions Travel, Coltour, GO Sports Travel, P1 Travel, Sports & Music, Travel Connection and Viagogo.

Manchester United

United's home tickets are for members: Premium (£70), Official (£37.50) or Under 16 (£20), per the 2026/27 membership page. A holder who can't go lists the ticket for resale through the club's app or website, and the club resells the seat and refunds them once it sells. United also publishes the outcomes of its touting investigations.

Tottenham Hotspur

You need a One Hotspur membership. One Hotspur+ gets a 24-hour head start on each sale and a place on the season ticket waiting list. When a game sells out, the club's Ticket Exchange is the authorised way to get a seat, at face value.

The law

In England and Wales, section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 says: "It is an offence for an unauthorised person to sell a ticket for a designated football match." The Premier League warns that tickets sold by touts are likely to become void, and that clubs have cancelled thousands of memberships over fraudulent ticketing.

How to spot an unofficial seller

The Premier League's warning signs are worth knowing:

  • Heavily inflated prices.
  • Tickets listed many months before the match.
  • No confirmed seat (no stand, row or seat number).
  • Large numbers of tickets for high-profile matches.
  • Being asked to collect tickets from a hotel or anywhere other than the stadium.
  • Being asked to return the ticket after the match.
  • The seller says it isn't affiliated with the club.

A hospitality, travel or hotel bundle doesn't make a seller authorised. If you're not sure, check the club's own list of authorised sellers first, or ask the club.
